Founded in 1994, Zero Clearance Theater Company is a 501(c)3 non-profit local theater troupe located inside Sweetvine Cafe & Bake Shop in Oakridge, Oregon. Our mission is to bring culture and theater to our community and beyond. We strive to provide a platform for educational, community-driven and professional productions. Our theater troupe is made up of volunteers from the local area as well as professional actors, directors and producers. We are dedicated to providing quality entertainment for all ages and are passionate about our work.

March 6, 7, 8 13, 14 & 15th "The Secret Affairs of Mildred Wild" by Paul Zindel is a 1972 comedy-drama about a Greenwich Village housewife, Mildred, who escapes her drab life and failing candy store, managed with her husband, by immersing herself in a 40-year collection of old movie magazines and fantasies. When confronted with the demolition of her apartment, she copes through hilarious, surreal dream sequences featuring classic movie characters, ultimately highlighting a poignant struggle between reality and illusion. Fridays and Saturdays, Doors and bar open at 6pm, show starts at 7pm. Sunday Matinees, doors and bar open at 2pm, show starts at 3pm.

Born in Chicago raised in Wisconsin comedian
Rio Hillman arrived on the comedy scene over a decade ago. With his Midwestern charm & like ability he brings the audience into his world punchline by punchline. He believes that subtlety and timing are key principals to building a crowd up to the punch line. To him, it’s nothing new to find humor throughout the stress of everyday life. His comedy has been seen through the Midwest as well as up and down the West Coast.
Tickets can be purchased at the door for just $10.
Doors and bar open at 6pm and the show starts at 7pm.
